Ordered mobile phone, after week or more just got the message it was returned to sender. The currier didnt even call me or worst put the parcel in parcel machine. When i asked why and how nobody called or other to deliver, just got wall of silence.. Very, very unproffessional, avoid because my friend had similar problem, they sent him broken phone, and he needed to send it to service to determine problem, after he needed to resened to them, crazy organization and for avoidance.

So disappointed! Ordered a product, it arrived in 48h (which is only good part)! Didn't like it, since it was not as good as they described it in commercial. Called support to return it, they "didn't know" the address where I should return it. Took me 4 more calls and one email to get the address. Returned the product and made another call to get my money back. Total of 27 days...
