I have worked with the incredible team at Showtime more times than I could ever count! As a wedding photographer, I have the most interaction with the drivers and often ride along with the wedding party for their day-of transportation. It's an A+ experience every single time, even with last minute photo-location changes that often happen! I even recently used Showtime for a special occasion and Airport transfer! Showtime allowed me to drop off gifts for the passengers ahead of time so that the limo arrived with a surprise for each person. When I had a mix up with our date of transportation, Josh, Kelsey and James quickly worked to get me back on track and even worked outside of regular hours to ensure we were all set and taken care of. The driver communicated perfectly and waited for us when our flight was delayed - it was such a smooth experience. The vehicles are always in the top condition, powerful air conditioning/heat, up-to-date features and technology, prepared for all weather, always on time, and the team behind the scenes runs such a tight ship. I don't know how they keep so many minute changes and requests straight, but they do! I always recommend them to my clients and trust them with my own transportation needs and special occasions. Their response time, communication, kindness, and willingness to make pretty much any accommodation request is unmatched! The event industry is a demanding place and transportation is such a major component of a successful wedding day. I never worry when Showtime is at the helm! THANK YOU SO MUCH TEAM! Booked a Hummer Limo for a Bachelorette Party. Asked for a driver that knew the area as our group was from out of town. Felt like the driver didn’t have any suggestions other than Power & Light. Driver was very nice and Limo was very clean and perfect for our group. Only wish we were given more direction.

My goodness! Their service is amazing! I have personally been in SO many wedding limos and trolleys as a wedding photographer and their limos are SO clean and drive smoothly! You can tell that they maintain their vehicles well! James and Sam are also just amazing people to work with! We absolutely love them because they are REAL people professionally. Because we get to ride in so many limos, and because we have talked to them about their services, I can say that I feel SO safe riding in their limos and feel that the quality of their limos are truly the best in the area! They also have SO many kinds of sizes and shapes to choose from! ♥

Without Showtime Transportation, our wedding day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly & as ahead of schedule as it did. We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests. We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine. Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn’t working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.
