We don't normally post reviews, but this moving experience was so positive that we have to leave a note. Tim and Roman were utterly professional and easy to work with from beginning to end – and the SOS Moving bid was about a third of the cost of the national company we contacted first. They arrived on time in the morning, loaded the house in 2.5 hours, drove from the LA area to the Bay Area, carefully unloaded everything, assembled the beds, and were gone. We've moved probably 12 times over the decades, and these guys were fully as professional as any crew we've ever worked with. I should add that the customer service and administrative side of SOS Moving were flawless as well. They responded to my initial inquiry within minutes, even though it was a Sunday evening. And last night two administrators were responding to questions about the bill at 11 pm.

These guys were great! Armando and the guys were incredible and so efficient. They were sweet and very reassuring when I was a little frantic! They were able to move all my furniture without a scratch. They even hoisted my couch over the 2nd story balcony and safely brought it down. They were such hard workers, moving quickly and never took an unneccessary break. Overall amazing experience and would highly recommend!

I love to rave about great service, and Gilbert, Alex, and Fredy were nothing short of MAGNIFICENT. These guys perform -magic- they move so efficiently, cleanly, and courteously. Seriously, we had a full living room, upstairs loft, a master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom with all the fixings: L sectional couch, smaller couch, entertainment center, 2 dining room tables, 2 queen size beds, bed frames, and some odds and ends we had packed. These guys not only packed all of the above up quickly and neatly, they set up all of our spaces to our satisfaction as well. They were good-humored and kind, and respectful of our time and space. I seriously could not believe we got such incredible movers for such an affordable and fair rate. These guys charge for 4 hours minimum, but don’t let that scare you: they’re experts at making every second count and charging an incredibly fair price for it. If I could give 10 stars I would, and I hope they continue to be booked, busy, and appreciated. Thanks again for making whats usually one of the most unpleasant parts of renting and moving an absolute cakewalk. 10/10, we hope to see the team next year if we relocate again!

Jose and crew were absolutely amazing! They were quick, kind, efficient, and trustworthy. They maintained an awesome attitude the entire day despite the heat wave and extremely heavy furniture they had to lug upstairs. I highly recommend them!
