After getting lied to and scammed by many other brokers, I noticed that a review on Yelp said that South Beach Transport was honest and upfront for all costs. I responded to a call from Alex and he gave me the truth about my tentative pick up date and drop off date. He gave me the best and worse case scenarios and his out-of-office phone, promising to always return a missed call. He answered calls as late as 8:30pm, and was a great communicator.
I was moving from North Alabama to Florida, I left on a early Friday morning, and during my drive I received a call around noon time that my car was being picked up, and photos documented for all existing smudges or scratches. I arrived in Florida Friday night, and by Saturday afternoon my car was delivered to the apartment that I was working on moving into. The driver quoted me the same price and Alex answered my call to confirm.
Great business, I would work with Alex again.

I spoke to these people Thursday afternoon about possibly booking a shipment and he said if I let him know by Friday morning he could get my 2 vehicles picked up Friday. I called first thing Friday morning to go ahead and book shipping. By Friday evening the cars had not been picked up and storage fees were about to start accumulating. I had already informed South Beach about the storage fees that were going to start on Friday. Monday I called again to check the status of the shipment and they hadn't started anything yet and told me they needed an electronic signature by email before they could initiate anything. That was the first I'd heard of that so they sent me the thing and I signed electronically and they supposedly book the shipping for real and promised pick-up again. I began checking daily because I had storage fees accumulating daily. They stopped answering or returning my calls and wouldn't respond in any way and wouldn't pick up the cars. After over $500.00 in storage fees we flew out and picked up the cars ourselves. We had to request to cancel by voicemail because South Beach would not answer when I called to cancel. I do not normally leave bad reviews but I want to warn other dealers or private customers of my experience. I still have yet to check my credit card to make sure they didn't charge it because other reviewers have complained that South Beach charged their card even though they promise you pay nothing until your car arrives. Buyer Beware!!

First i have to say that i was scare when i saw the bad reviews, but everything went so good with the transport, Vanessa help me a lot, the truck driver was nice and on time.Good company, good service, good communication, i recommend this company for all your transport services.
They make everything possible, i had to bring my jeep from el paso texas to miami, and hurricane Harvey was causing troubles on texas, everything was on time, everything was done perfect, Thank You!

Natalie and Nicole are the best! These two ladies are on top of their business at South Beach Transport. We contacted them on a Saturday evening in February for a potential need of a transport from Texas to Colorado. Not only did they give us a very competitive quote, they gave us full details of what to expect during the next few days. On Monday we finalized our purchase, on Tuesday, Valentines Day, they called with our transport driver name, contact info and full details of pick up and delivery. Our classic car was delivered on time, that Friday, and in perfect condition! As well, they followed up with calls during and after delivery. They truly care about you as a person, not just business. The best service Ever!
We are now on our second business transaction with them. Still the best ladies ever! Natalie has gone above and beyond for us. We are expecting our second classic car delivery tomorrow March 23rd.
I wish there were more stars than 5 to give!! Thank you both for taking great care of us. We look forward to working with you again.

Honestly, Don't waste your time here. If I could give 0 stars I would. You'll receive many lies just to win your business. First off I called this company about 2 weeks in advance and actually signed a contract a week before my pickup date. After signing through at least 3 different contracts up until my broker decided he should drop his broker fees from $175 to $100 and increase my pay to hopefully get a driver it was still too late. He on two occasions assured me there was a driver and that it would get picked up after i emphasized my doubts.
Whats worse was the communication. He called explaining that the driver was 'sick'. Okay. So I call the driver directly and according to him he didn't even understand what was wrong and gave me the number to his manager. The manager told me that driver wasn't even on duty that day and that he (broker) had cancelled the request. I then asked if I could book it again because why would he do that. Anyways, he seemed all focused on the fact that I planned on re opening the request. Obviously I'd need to if I was told you cancelled. It's not a matter of me wanting to do the deal without out it, its a matter of okay so whats the fastest alternative here.
In essence, save your time and book with people more competent in this business. I was told by another dealer that my car had been listed a couple times on the dashboard. 1 even had a higher price offering to the driver. What broker thinks that they are getting picked over a company that listed my same car for a bit more. Doesn't make sense. You pay what you get for except, but this time I didn't pay or get anything done, just signed my name and credit card to a bunch of contracts. Whats better is I'm still listed by them for a carrier. Take me off thankyou. F-
