I have been through some incredibly challenging situations during my 20+ years in the Army, but nothing compares to the absolute nightmare I experienced with this company. The mental, emotional, and physical toll they took on me and my belongings is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Their lack of communication, dishonesty, unnecessary damage to my items, and failure to provide essential documentation has left me feeling completely betrayed and frustrated. It has been several weeks since they have dropped of my belongings and I still have not received my weight receipts or the necessary paperwork to process an insurance claim for my damaged items, including my beloved motorcycle. They seemed completely clueless about the status of my furniture during the entire month they had it in their possession. I would rather give away all of my possessions to the homeless than allow this company to handle my belongings ever again. I urge you to avoid using this company at all costs. I am so appalled by their actions that I am considering starting my own moving company to ensure that no one else has to go through what I did. Trust me, do not use this company.

I strongly wish I took the time to read reviews but I’d say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not mention that they are not the actual movers and they are very unprofessional! Did I mention SCAM ARTISTS? After my down payment I couldn’t get in contact with anyone! They quoted me at a price and I kept asking if they was sure 1576! By the time the movers came my total was basically 3000! I was told I could get my things within a few days I had to wait two weeks! They also charged me for a bed cover just to wrap my bed in plastic and then tape. The tape melted on my things and others just came back damaged or completely destroyed! Also ! One minute you can pay with a debit card and the next it’s with your banking information! Once the movers come they only take cash, Zelle or check! Something they also don’t tell you! They claim to be professional but it’s like they just pick anyone up from off the street! They even tried to bring me my things at 10p.m ! Then the movers also said they had to charge me for my stairs which was fine but lied about the amount of stairs I had! I don’t recommend anyone use this company unless they want to be scammed and have their things damaged!

I wish I could give this zero stars, but unfortunately that’s not an option. This has been the absolute worst moving experience I could’ve ever imagined and then more. I was charged way more than what I was quoted for my move and my movers picked up my items on July 2 and told me that I could expect my items by July 6 items did not get delivered until July 25th!! They did not even leave California for my move across the country for over two weeks. Just put my stuff in storage without my approval. If that wasn’t the bad enough, the day that my movers finally got here they had me drive around the town, looking for their oversized truck, claiming that it could not fit into my neighborhood when dimensions and my leasing office said otherwise there is plenty of room for them to park in my neighborhood however they were just focused on charging me an additional fee For “inconvenience“ And kept threatening that if I didn’t pay this fee because he Didn’t feel like pulling into the neighborhood that they were going to keep items and not deliver them to me. Not only this but thousands of dollars worth of items were missing and/or broken. Including my flatscreen TV that was shattered, my bedframe was missing. My chair was broken and My mirrors were completely broken. My driver decided to smoke a blunt while laughing stating That this company “did a terrible job at packing my items and wrapping them.” I was forced to move my items, myself in my friends Car, The driver didn’t feel like pulling in again. I was threatened that if I didn’t do this and/or pay more money, I would not be able to get my things. I cut my feet on some of the broken glass, moving these things myself, and they left all of the wrapping outside on my porch. The driver then got into the car and drove off after smoking which does not surprise me that my items were completely destroyed. I had to sleep on a blowup mattress and an empty apartment for weeks In this company was impossible to get a hold of And just kept charging more and more money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They took advantage of me and every way possible manipulated me threatened me, held my items hostage and lied to me multiple times about my delivery. This was the worst experience I could’ve ever imagined. With absolutely no refund or consideration of reimbursement. STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They wanted to overcharge once they picked up my mom’s stuff even though she had less than what a Uhaul trailer would haul. They lost 5 of her boxes, no ones responds, no one replies, no answers, nothing! They gave us someone else’s stuff. No one takes responsibility. This is my mom’s belongings she’s 72 years old and things like this really affect her. I never write reviews but in this case, I had to! Steer away! They are a nightmare! Oh and one of her furniture pieces was broken. Again, no accountability at all! I will take further action for sure!

Nothing like hiring a moving company that was a clusterf*** from start to finish. Don’t worry, a big complaint is coming to the moving company and star line vans isn’t gonna like it! We put deposit down, I had to send emails because “the movers will contact you 3-5 days before the move”….starline coordinator called 2:30 pm day before the move. only two (we were told three) showed up two hours late (after me and niece put the boxes outside), ended up leaving half the stuff (left kitchen table set, bakers rack, nightstands, couch, ikea dresser etc) , and when they showed up here they wanted $2200. in cash to unpack and bring up. We only had a two hour window to move into our apartment, and had to call star line because “I don’t have time to unload and make my next delivery”, he wanted to hold the stuff for a week. So for the balance we were told we owed today (1000), the movers took that and left everything on the loading dock for daughter and me to bring up. (Handicapped husband stayed on the dock to make sure nothing disappeared). Halfway thru the dock my pulse went wonky and I started throwing up so daughter did the last three or four loads herself……this is what I put on Facebook, and seriously considering what next.
