They are all nice and sweet at first. I was working with Jessica on getting a moving quote, but was looking at other options too. Please note that I was about a month away from my move. When they gave my final contract, I looked it over and didn't like all the extra fees that weren't really discussed over the phone. One being that each credit card charge would have an extra 5% fee, etc etc.
I never signed the contract, and it says that you are not placed on the schedule until its signed. Also you would think they wouldn't charge your credit card until the contract is officially signed.
Boy was I wrong....I log into my credit card and see the 700$ charge even though I never had a final confirmation about the move. I called and texted Jessica who I was communicating with and who was SUPER nice before about the charge and she turned very quickly on how rude she was. I gave plenty of notice about not wanting to use their service (a whole month) , not like I'm canceling 7 days before. She texted me several rude texts saying to not waste their time and being over all extremely rude. I'll be sure to post the pictures of the texts after I post my review.
Even if you cancel a service with a company you should not be treated as I did. I was not mean at first, just wanted to know about the refund to my card. SO glad I'm not going with them I could only imagine if I ever had any other issue if I did chose them for the move.
Took a few years to get a response from the owner. I'm good, def don't want to contact again. Thanks but I won't ever be using your services.

All was good until Jessica obtained our down payment. Jessica is not the professional she comes across as at first. And when you have issues, she doesn’t care and takes no responsibility for her actions. I’m of the belief that she treats customers badly because in her words “she doesn’t have a boss” when you ask to speak to her supervisor. The move was a disaster as they didn’t send a big enough truck and had to send a second one to load the rest of our items turning a two day delivery into four days. Plus, they didn’t even send a second truck. The driver of the first truck had to drive back the 700 miles to load the rest of our items and deliver them. Only two of the four workers wore a mask while going in and out of our home. This was a $10,400 job that we can’t even get a paid in full receipt for after multiple requests. We’ve even tried to file a claim on a missing drawer to one of our dressers (yeah, it’s missing) and a power box for an adjustment bed. The dresser is almost a $3000 piece and now what is it worth without one of the drawers. The power box costs another $60 to replace it. Whatever you do, do not get sucked in as I’m fully convinced this is not a team of professionals

Quoted lower price, movers charged more no surprise there. Didn't receive my items 4 days after the expected delivery date. I was charged extra to move a ladder, which went missing during the move. My TV console was broken. I have called and emailed to inquire about my missing ladder and broken TV console, but have not received a response.

I am truly convinced that all the good reviews on here are fake. This is by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. I spoke to Jessica over the phone, who was nice at first, but once she got the deposit, she truly revealed her true colors
I received a quote of 4220 dollars or there about for a two bedroom apartment. The movers arrived (hours late), looked around my apartment and increased the price to over 6000 dollars. They told me that they were charging me "per step" from my apartment to where they parked their truck. I live in a luxury building with multiple elevators, and they did not have to take the stairs. When I called Jessica about this, she was incredibly rude to me and said "if that's what they are charging you, I cannot help you."
They threatened to leave if I did not give them 6000 dollars. At this point I was almost certain I was getting scammed. I felt trapped because my lease was expiring the following day, so here I was panicking, trying to figure out how to pay for an extra 2000 dollar which was out of my budget.
At this point, I was also informed that they were keeping my contract open, and that I could potentially be charged more money upon arrival to my final destination. They also said they did not have insurance, and said I needed to pay close to 5000 dollars to insure my items, and if I did not, and God forbid something happened to my items, or something went missing, "that would be my problem, not theirs."
During the moving process, after moving a few boxes, one of the movers misplaced the fob key which allows one access to the elevator and the building. He swore up and down that he had given it to me, which was a lie, because I knew that I gave it to him. The two men started speaking to me with the utmost disrespect, and accused me of wasting their time and their day. About 30 mins later, the mover found it in his pocket, and I did not receive an apology for this behavior.
Towards the end of the day, they ran out of plastic wraps and they promised that they would wrap my mattress at the warehouse that evening. My 3000 dollar mattress was not wrapped and arrived so dirty!
This company is a broker company, they hire men to come and pack and move your items, and those men can charge you whatever the feel like. Once they get ahold of your items, they keep them in a warehouse until they find a driver coming your way, so you it could be weeks before your items arrive!
I could truly go on and on. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE STRESS, SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!
AND THEY BETTER NOT DELETE MY REVIEW BECAUSE I HAVE TIME. I WILL SAVE IT AND WRITE IT AGAIN!

I had to move urgently due to my professional career and thanks to them everything went just great, no setbacks at all. Price was on point, nothing broke during the moving process and the moving crew was very attentive and professional. If you are going to move to a different state, these guys can help you out!
