Jacmar and Lenny Brought me from Holmes hospital to Sea Pine. There were very respectful, courteous and moved me around gently. After having back surgery- being in the hospital 5 days, I was a little apprehensive of the move. But these gentlemen were very nice to this senior lady. Give them complements on my behalf. ****** NO CALL NO SHOW******* This company almost ruined a very well planned 90th birthday event for my family’s matriarch. We hired and paid this company to pick up my 90 year-old great aunt to transport her to her birthday party. 30 minutes after the scheduled contracted time they were a no-show. I reached out to the company and the dispatcher advised us that the driver was 30 minutes behind. I informed the family of the delay. One hour passed and we still had no transportation. They were called again and the dispatcher informed us at that time that the driver was about 10 to 15 minutes away. Relatives made it to the nursing facility by that time to handle the transport. I canceled the services, asked for a refund and was told that I would receive a call from management. I have yet to have received a call from this company. This company is unreliable and unprofessional, I will not use them nor recommend them to anyone.
