Jesse and Jamie were AMAZING. I have moved many many times over the last several years and this was my first time using a moving service. I was incredibly nervous about trusting strangers with my things, but I immediately saw how much care they took, as if they were moving their own belongings. I mentioned that one of my paintings was done by my grandfather back in the 60's and Jesse took it upon himself to add this extra note to the box to ensure it's safe travel. They were great to talk to and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. As we were moving to the same city as the company is based, they gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. I would hire Still Transfer Co., and specifically ask for Jesse and Jamie, in a heartbeat (though hopefully I'm done moving for a while!)

Still Transfer did our X country move from Missouri to Maine. These guys were unbelievably the best, and I've worked with multiple over moving companies. The communication was excellent, the movers were so nice and so professional, and flexible when they realized they couldn't get their semi down our road. They worked hard, and didn't break a single thing. They also moved our piano, which is something the lead mover specialized in. Additionally we were able to specify dates and they were right on time on both ends. I will hire them as many more time ad I move in my life!

Well they don't really care about the community's homelessness and plus the manager cussed a preacher out over a homeless person suit case left on their property instead of dealing with it they through it all over the yard across the street. they need that lady fired that is not how a business should be ran yes homeless folk do leave a messes but to cuss a person for someone else's doings the owner needs to apologize to the lady that was screemed and cussed

I used this company to move last week. They stated I would need 3 movers, so of course that was an additional hourly rate. Three movers arrived. They argued a lot, when they could have been using that time to move our things. One of the movers was on his phone a significant amount of time and took an hour for lunch which he tried to charge us for! The other mover just kept sitting down and then took a nap in the truck! They both kept taking breaks, but this was only a few hour move. These two moved my desk, and dropped it and it broke into several pieces. They did not seem worried about it all, and stated that it just fell apart, that they did not do anything to it and that the company wouldn't reimburse me. Jeff, was the only mover that they sent that actually worked. He never sat down, kept apologizing for the others behavior, and done an amazing job. But yet, I paid for all 3 movers. I contacted the company about reimbursement for my desk, which was a $300 and they offered me $45 for it due to the insurance that I took. No one spoke to me about adding additional insurance, I did not know that was an option. I cant understand how a company who broke my personal items, is not liable for it. I have used this company in the past, but I wont use them again and I highly urge you not too either.
