Our Surv service provider was incredibly professional, courteous and skilled. He was vastly over qualified for the job and I had no reservations about him taking the lead on how he wanted to execute the work. Our service exceed our wildest expectations of quality. I rarely use outside services on my home as I don’t trust most contractors, cleaners, landscapers to meet my expectations. To have the work completed at such a low price, on time and to have it be better than expected is a rare pleasure. I would highly recommend Surv and will be using the service again and often.

Justin and John were very hard-working on what I believe is the hottest, most humid day of the year so far, did a meticulous job on my outdoor as well as inside tasks, came early and were super good to work with. They were outstanding. I have worked with a lot of SURV people over the years and with one exception (from many years ago) they have been very good. These two were wonderful. Thank you!

Carter was fantastic. He started right away on the most challenging gardening project - dividing irises. We dug up and replanted bushes and then did some tree pruning. He raked and cleaned up after each project. I am so glad to have found a resource to help with my gardening projects.

Moved a hot tub From (44) to (16). Then moved a smaller hot tub from 16 to 69. I hired 4 Surv helpers, definitely needed more people to move the hot tubs. In total there were 7 of us that lifted the hot tubs. All the guys from Surv were really helpful and super friendly and, they went above and beyond to get this job done . Thank you

I guess I didn't understand how it worked. I reserved and paid for 2 hours, but got one hour because it would have needed two people and wire to hang the mirror I needed hung in the second hour. So Kai a very nice guy left after one hour, bringing in boxes of books from my car, and oiling the screen door, but Surv charged the full amount --- and if I want the mirror hung I have to pay for another 4 hours. anyhow it's above my pay grade to figure it out --- so it sounds like a great service, but I don't think I can make it work for me.
