Nate was amazing from the start with the estimate, details, and planning. His team Moe (and two other guys) moved my 103 years old Steinway grand piano and the rest of my belongings from Rochester NY to Hampton VA. The whole process was smooth and easy. The team members were extremely gentle, professional with my piano. They were also super friendly and accommodating! They moved everything in one day and dropped off everything the next morning! They were also super efficient. I can’t recommend this moving company enough! :) 10000% recommend!

It's tricky to review this. They were 4h late, which was because of an earlier job taking way longer than anticipated. Certainly not the crew's fault - they were friendly and worked very hard. Sounds like they are normally very punctual. But the thing ended up going until close to midnight. We had a good time but it was a much longer day than anticipated. One guy left early because he had to catch a flight, poor guy! They also lost a few screws of the bed they took apart, which is only annoying because they charge $200 for taking apart and reassembling a bed. Still, they finished quite a bit faster than originally quoted. Management initially tried to charge the full quote but was quick to adjust when I objected. They opted to not take apart some larger pieces of furniture (like an armoire where you could take out the drawers, and some tables where you could take off the legs - both things that other moving companies did take apart in the past, as I mentioned to them) but despite their heroic efforts with these bigger pieces they ended up damaging the walls in the new house in a few places (not many). Cutting corners both metaphorically and literally, though it was admittedly getting late at that point. In short: from the moving company experiences so far in my life this was unfortunately the least good, though not terrible and from comparing to other reviews perhaps just not their best day. In the end, I really appreciated their help but felt like I needed to leave an honest review.

I didn't end up engaging their services as I decided to DIY my move, but leaving this review for 5-star customer service! I reached out to Nate to obtain an invoice and he was extremely polite and understanding, and gave me extremely fair and competitive quote. Great folks, even better attitudes!

These guys were absolute life-savers. I flew into Ithaca from out-of-state to help a friend move. Other friends were supposed to help move, but it never panned out. I called A-Team Movers LLC last minute & they were able to put us on their schedule a few days after Easter. Chris & Emilio were respectful & they worked very hard. I was worried that everything was not going to fit into the storage unit. To my amazement & sheer relief, they were able to make everything securely fit. The owner/ management kept in very good communication with me & called me during the move to ensure all was going well. The cost was also reasonable, given the volume of work & the amount of belongings that needed to be moved. I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you, A-Team Movers LLC!

We needed moving help at the last minute and they were able to squeeze us in, which was amazing. They were extremely fast, careful, and punctual. Best of all, they were able to fit the contents of a 10x16 truck into a 10x10 storage space by painstakingly arranging/stacking every item—it’s like a beautiful puzzle. We could never have done that ourselves! I highly recommend this moving company!!
