Bought a van for over 7k, had in the next day. They replaced with used parts that went after 2 days. Brought van back in, refused work saying nothing wrong. Requested to speak to manager, got attitude from employees and never received phone call. They dont stand by product, just give run around until warranty is up. Scammers!!!!

I drove 5 hours to go see what he had because he put out ads for five trucks. Got out there to find they didn't have a single one of the five trucks so I found another one that was more then I wanted to spend. Once I decided on the van they took almost 4 hours just doing the paperwork and didn't really seem that caring we had another 5 hours just to get back home. They did give us some racks that were out back in their junkyard. We got on the road and less then a hundred miles down the road the mirror glass fell off because they had tried superglueing it on. The second we got back into town the check engine light came on and now the van is running rough. After multiple complaints they finally sent a mirror out, a USED mirror that is shattered across the bottom. I have no idea if they are under new ownership or not but the previous reviews do not coincide with the experience we had and his careless attitude tells me there are a LOT more customers out there that have the same problems. We're currently speaking with an attorney, I would highly recommend staying away from this place!

this auto dealer has proven to me that Customer satisfaction is a high priority. I have been working with their agent Al. he is bending over backwards to help me obtain the vehicle I'm interested in. he has lowered the price and offered to come in on a Sunday if I wish to make it more convenient for me. as a disabled person.. it is refreshing to see see a buisness putting customer service over profit for a change. the purchase of this van would not have been possible without the efforts of al and Russel. thank you gentlemen for helping to get me one step closer to succeeding in my needs... you guys are awsome. anyone looking for a used vehicle need to visit your west ridge rd location.
