Where to begin. First, they moved my furniture to my house, did not unpack anything, even though they were paid to unpack and set everything up as well. Their excuse was they forgot their tools and they'd come back later that day. They never came back. I called the number they provided, was sent to voice mail, texted with a "who this?" and ignored for the rest of the day. Called the next day, told their supervisor, told them to bring a power drill for setting up the legs on the couches. Was told they would come with all tools to set up the furniture. 20 minutes later the movers called and complained to me about having to drive over and set up the furniture. They tried to harass me into setting up my own furniture because they shouldn't have to. They arrived, forgot the power drill and some tools, which I was smart enough to go but earlier that day in case this happened. They damaged my kitchen chair legs, bent and damaged screws, and after months of getting the run around, they claim they didn't do any of the damage and that it was the original company in Italy's fault. Kind of hard to say you didn't damage the chairs when the wrong hardware was used and you proceeded to snap my chair legs. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Will damage and break everything then deny everything.

I recently PCS'd from Georgia to Michigan and would never recommend this moving company to anyone. Packing was supposed to take 1 day but took 2, which delayed a trip I was supposed to take. Secondly, the movers arrived late on both days without contacting me or letting me know ahead of time. On both of those days they worked later than expected (until almost 8pm), which interfered with errands I needed to run. When my household items arrived in Michigan, I was somehow missing 3 boxes. One of which conveniently had all of my jewelry in it. My stuff was packed into large, wooden crates that were sealed before they left my house - so, it seemed odd that 3 boxes were somehow missing. Moreover, I didn't find the workers very professional when working at my house. One worker arrived at my house and immediately got upset that the washer and dryer weren't unplugged and they consistently used profanities around my toddler (unfortunately I didn't have childcare at the time).

Highly recommend this moving company. They were very professional from the start. Rachel was professional and very helpful with information and answering all my questions. The guys who moved us were professional and moved everything in a timely matter, packaged well, nothing was broken, scratched, or dented. Definitely recommend these movers and will use them in the future again.

Pcs from CA and my stuff had to be stored here for a few weeks. They lost a dresser, a coffee table, and a few boxes as I can tell. They also damaged a spot on my drywall and scuff my floor. When I called to ask about repairs and locating my missing items, they never return my call.
