Shipluxe.BIack swan llc.Are all the names they go by: I wouldn’t advise joining this company nothing in their ad that they say is true. You will get a fuel card but at your expense.They say that they partner with Amazon, JB Hunt, Fed Ex that is so far from the truth.You will never, and I mean never ever get a Amazon trailer ,JB Hunt trailer or FedEx trailer . You will sit and wait at every pick up and on the weekends they can’t find loads so once you drop off on Friday, be prepared to wait Saturday and Sunday and your next load will be Monday afternoon around 3 or 4. They often book loads that 14hrs away but due the next business day.They say that it’s no force Dispatch but actually it is, they just tell you, they don’t have loads in certain areas and only have this load so it pretty much forces you to take it anyway because something is better than nothing right? You communicate on telegram and have to download at least 2-4 apps daily. No one is from America. They are all foreigners. You won’t be able to understand anything they say, and allcommunication will be done on Telegram,they do manipulate the ELD so if you’re a driver that can drive all day and night but even still this won’t be possible because you’re gonna be tired from the loading you’ll have to do.They say drop and hook but that’s not true. Most of it will be loading and you would rarely drop and hook. you get charged for every thing if the windshield cracks if mirrors break if a tire blows, if something happens under the hood if you need a mudflap, if the truck needs a pm YOU WILL BE CHARGED . You’re getting charged $.15 per mile automatically for p.m. which you won’t even do because they never service their trucks .There is no load price transparency so you only have to believe that what they’re saying about the load prices are true and they won’t show you how much the load was from the broker like some companies will. These people are liars and there’s no transparency here.You are a work mule and nothing more. They talk to you like trash and you will have to drive to other states empty at your expense since the fuel is on you. If you’re late to a shipper, it’s a $500 dollar deduction so don’t be surprised if you get a $100-$500 check for that weeek.Your flight to wherever their truck is will be yours expense. They tell you that they cover it and they will but you will see the deduction from your paycheck. They say that they cover your flight back home, but in reality, there is no flight they will send you home on the bus. and since someone else will be using your truck, they tell you to take all your things but only pay for you to take one bag onto the bus. Can you imagine trying to fit all of your clothes ,boots, jackets, sweaters, air fryer, rice cooker, food into one bag ?you still end up paying for a second bag. And once you get to the bus station to whatever city you’re from, you’re on your own, they won’t even respond to you for an Uber home. They have so many Ads out there. So be aware.

The best carrier company, no doubt. Amazing team and the best drivers. They are always on top of the work, and will help you with anything. Warm recommendation to everyone, if you go with Unicorn you will see magic of their dedication. Keep a good job team, and looking forward to working with you as long as possible.

This company is fraud and scam. They took all my personal information and told me that I was going to start working. I flew from WA to Michigan and drove to Chicago just to find out I wasn’t going to start working. Then told me 5 different times that I was going to start in 2-3 days and they would never call me back. These people are professional liars. I will be contacting the police because I feel like they just took my personal information and they might be doing some illegal work. Save yourself time and money and stay away from these liars.

cannot speak for all dispatchers but Sandra is by far is one of the most dedicated she will go in on her day off to find you a load put in over time to make sure that her drivers are taken care off. Safety ellena and shop Marco get their job done in a timely manner. I’ve only been here for a month but so far it’s been pleasant here. Things get done
