Used through Allstate Roadside Be aware they will NOT drop your vehicle in the driveway when towed. A liability. Which to me means their drivers don't know how to unload in a driveway. Driver was absolutely great though!!

They were quick and efficient and able to get my SEMA truck up on the flatbed within 15 minutes of arrival. I called AAA at 615am, and the Truck was on the flatbed and on the way to the dealership by 725am. I would recommend them if you god for bid need a tow. They also got the f250 on the flatbed without issue and brought it into the dealer quickly! Thank you all for your help!

I was assigned this towing company through AAA and when they came to tow me because my car was stranded due to elevated water the lady rudely said she had to SWIM to get me so she refused to tow me and said I had to wait for the water to go down before someone could tow me. I saw her just pop her head out of the tower truck and drove off, not even checking to see if I was personally okay other than my vehicle. So I waited for two hours and HPD sent someone else to tow me because they were closing off that street. This tower said the water wasn’t even that high, so he easily towed me. The water was barely halfway past my tires (I drive a sedan). The tower said that lady just did not want to get wet. There was no remorse for leaving me stranded when I had called their dispatch. Now that I see other negative reviews, I do not regret leaving this review. There needs to be consistency in service and sympathy to those affected by Hurricane Beryl. The other tower company that helped me made me feel safe and reassured by their service and that’s an example this company needs to follow.

I was sent an email for an interview for this company and when i called to ask about it. The person who answered was first the rudest person i ever met. Told me i was calling the wrong place i checked my email. It was infact the right place and when i got to call back he forwarded my call 5 times and then blocked my number. The way he talks to people is disgusting. EDIT: i have plenty of proof it was amir i spoke with i have screen recordings of you forwarding my call. I have screen recordings of me trying to call on my phone (which is blocked) but works when i call from *67. Please let me know where to send the proof
