I'm not sure what's going on with these agents, but they are providing terrible service! I spoke with a male first, and he was like: the load is covered or is not, or is covered or is not.....and asking questions in the meantime for my truck and last was covered. Just 5 minutes later, the load was posted again, and I called again. Female answered, and I asked her for a little bit more money, and she said ok let me check and the interview started. She took me all the information like insurance agent contact, company informations and she was asking for driver information before even guving me the load to call my driver and make sure I dont lie her for the delivery time and place!!! How can you ask for driver information before booking a load with me and give me that stupid reason she wants to speak with my company driver to make sure I dont lie her and Im the logistics manager and someone who is managing my driver)Ridiculous! I called to complain with the manager (Heather), and she said that her agents did everything right. They dont believe in dispachers, andshe said I dont need to book load with them and hang up. Such an unprofessionals! Hope someone will take care of this companyand make as it was in the past at least a little bit more professional. This is terrible!!!

We have been working with the DSV team for several years and have nothing but great things to say. They are understanding of the trucking community and help in anyway they can to ensure all loads are transported in the most safe and efficient way possible. Booked a load that was supposed be 48,000 lbs max, came out to be 53,000 lbs, got a tire blown in the process, when asked to be compensated, basically were told we are out of luck. be aware
