Don’t walk RUN my granny had the worst experience. If I could give this practice a -5 stars I would . From the door the energy is trash. The only positive attitude came from the front desk . Every time I come there there is new faces, no stability . Dr . Yang is a great doctor but takes an extensive time to see his patients . The wait time is longer than an hour even if you get there on time. The lab tech called me 3 months after my colonoscopy and informed me that the results were still not ready and provided a sob story . I wouldn’t have known if I was alive or dying if I didn’t take further steps to see another GI . This practice needs to re-evaluate the patient care and attitudes in the office . I was referred to this provider and didn’t receive a call until after 5 months after calling them to make an appointment to be told no new patients were being accepted. AND PLEASE DONT GET PLACED ON HOLD THEY NEVER COME BACK TO THE PHONE OR ANWSER.

Takes too long to give the results and doesn't even provide medical advice to be followed during the waiting period. Thousands of dollars for a procedure and nothing. I don't understand: so many years studying to give this type of treatment? What's the purpose of it? What do they learn in medical school? Not even a call to check on the patient. Ohhhh but to bill the patient they are extremely efficient.

No one picks up the phone most of the time! they said they were busy on calling insurance, so I have to leave voice message and they will check it once they are available. Actually, I left voice message already, and they just ignored it. “Busy” is always a good excuse. Btw, you think you make an appointment with Dr. Yang, but you will actually make appointment with seeing a nurse instead. Not sure if that is legal, because there’s no notification in advanced. It seems like a trap.

I've used Dr. Yang since the '90s. I feel he is a good doctor, he was always patient and he explained things well, HOWEVER. For the past 6 months, I call his number and receive a message saying "You have reached mailbox number such and such, but the mailbox is currently full. Goodbye." I've searched google dozens of times, but that is the number for all of his locations. Outside of snail mail, or showing up unannounced at one of the offices, there is absolutely no way to call and make an appointment. I supposed if I continuously dialed for a few hours, I might get lucky and get through, but it isn't worth it. Both I and the ER nurse at the hospital tried for over 2 hours a few months ago. Never reached him.

I scheduled the appointment for this Wednesday with Dr. Yang two weeks ago. I did mention that I need to see Dr. Yang when I made the appointment and the person picked up my phone said I will see Dr. Yang. Today I got a reminder call from his office and told me that I will see a nurse practitioner instead of seeing Dr. Yang and If I need to see Dr. Yang, I have to wait for another month. If they told me at the beginning I can’t see Dr. Yang, I will definitely pick another specialist instead of wasted my time. Stay away from them.
