Luis, Robert, and Robert were fantastic. They were on time, brought everything they needed, and got done early while taking very good care of my things. They were all extremely professional and it was very clear they cared about their profession. Since they did not use all the material and time they allotted on the quote, we paid significantly less than what we were expecting. Both Roberts and Luis did an awesome job getting us packed up. They were honest, hard working, and made our lives 100000x easier. We ended up saving money since they didn't use all the materials they originally quoted us at and it was absolutely a fair price for everything including labor. Used Voyage to unpack our Uhaul truck on our move to Las Cruces. Luis and Lars did a great job in getting everything unloaded and in the right place in an efficient fashion. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and a joy to work with. The owner Jarod was also great to work with and went out of his way to turn a scheduling conflict to our advantage to get unpacked even faster than originally planned. Highly recommend Voyage Moving!

I would like to inform everyone DO NOT USE voyage movers. They are extremely unprofessional and take all day to load an already 95% packed 3 bedroom home. They arrived at early morning and did not finish until 5 at night, JUST TO LOAD. They are using untrained movers that damage your items. We paid good money and provided them with lunch and they lied to our face and said they would pack glass and wood items with the extra white glove service we paid. Many if not most of my items have arrived completely damaged because they were not wrapped at all. Items are also missing, JAROD said they were left on the truck and he would ship them to me. That was 6 days ago so i called JAROD after he told me a week ago he would send them, and I get called an unkind person and the worst customer they have ever dealt with that I am in the top 10% of the most difficult customers he has ever dealt with because I asked about my missing items. And he literally told me he is gonna find the slowest way possible to get me my items because if I was a kind person then he would overnight them to me . He also mentioned how my items have no value so I shouldn’t care so much that they were left behind. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY to move your home unless you want your belongings to be damaged and then treated like dirt when you question their mistakes !
