They have really bad service! rude unprofessional lazy to call the customers to verify address or where the car it's at? …I called triple AAA for battery service! but, they didn’t take a second to ask triple A my phone number or name. No more business with triple A either.😤😡👎 no wonder they have bad reviews. I ended telling AAA not sending them anymore, my husband did a better job! they just made me waste my time waiting and my car almost got towed. Very disappointed, if I could give “0” I would.

I'm a prior tow truck driver of 10 years with a tow company subcontracted with AAA. The driver that was dispatched out to my call just drove right past me. Basically declined the call through the tablet that they use for their company and the company of AAA that they're subcontracted through. I've never felt so disrespected as a prior driver. Just goes to show how lazy most companies are becoming along with the rest of the world and the people that they hire. I will not recommend West hills towing to anybody, especially family. If I could rate this company with no stars at all I would. So I gave him the lowest score total which was one star. These are their exact words, " we don't have the equipment to tow you 50 mi back home and we're clearing accidents on the freeway."

AAA battery people, watch out! I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or they do this to everyone but the driver quoted me $219 for a replacement battery (supposedly with the warranty discount included). When I declined because it was too much, driver asked my age then said I qualified for a seniors discount bringing my bill to $193. He also told me, after testing the battery, that it was good then later said it needed a charge. To my mind, that means the battery isn't holding a charge, right? I paid the extra $30 for a new cable although I originally understood it was part of the $193 and was shocked when driver asked for it in addition to the $193. Imagine my surprise when I saw the receipt for the battery and instead of showing a seniors discount, I was charged an additional $25 for "intensive labor". I feel manipulated and ripped off from this company and will be complaining to AAA.

Horrible experience. Tow truck driver broke several plastics under my car worth $500+ and never fixed it. They have gone completely stealth! Funny thing is that I have a video when they did it. AAA will send them a bill very soon!

Horrific experience with this company I called AAA and they dispatched this company to pick up my car from the moment the driver showed up. He was being very combative and very rude. He He showed up with a flatbed instead of a normal tow truck and he wanted me to drive my car out with the flat tire from my garage. I understand that obviously the flatbread would not fit in my garage, but to be honest with you if I would’ve driven the tire. ruin my rim and I told him that but he didn’t care all he said is there’s nothing I can do. You have to drive it out and I said well can you at least pump some air in it so I can drive it out temporarily and he said we don’t do that. What kind of a tow truck service doesn’t fill tires? anyways, long story short I told him to go away. I didn’t use his service and I will never use your service. I called the different tow truck company. They came out very, very respectful very helpful and the actual driver there without me saying anything said don’t drive it or you’re gonna bend the rim. I don’t know if the driver was having a bad day. I don’t know if the driver doesn’t like his job but don’t take it out on people and AAA vet. Your business is better since we’re the ones paying membership fees we would like to have better service thank you very much.
