This is our second time using this company and they are still amazing! After a scheduling snafu (on my part), Eric was able to get a crew out to us and they came ready to work. They were all great, friendly, respectful and treated all of our furniture with care. Thank you all again so much!!

Absolutely nothing negative to report. The crew of 4 men showed up 10 minutes early and were ready to work. I had a few very heavy items and they handled it with class and attention to detail. A fridge needed the door removed to make it through the doorway and they replaced the door upon arrival to the new place. Every part of this process was easy with them. Kudos. Will most definitely use their services again.

We hired Wingmen about 2 months ago, but just getting around to actually writing about the experience. We used Wingmen last summer and they were fantastic! Efficient and finished even sooner than we expected. This time was much worse. We called for a quote for movers and a truck which was given and we agreed so we decided to hire Wingmen. The day of, a group of guys showed up without a truck. This became a huge headache, but i went and got a truck on my own to fix this. Then the move itself... the guys took over 2.5 hours to load up the truck. When we moved last year, the same stuff took 1.5 hours to be brought into the house so this was much slower and meant we had to pay for more time. The unloading was quicker because I started helping to not drag this out any longer. The guys looked tired and I empathize with that but it took so much longer to just load the truck that this became a much more expensive move. When it was time to pay the bill was incorrect. We were repeat customers and were told we'd get a discount, so we had to call to ask for a correction. Not the end of the world, but just overall wasn't a great experience.

I have used Wingmen Moving twice now! The first time was great & the guys were super quick with the move and I was ecstatic with the service. I decided to use Wingmen Moving again for my second move & unfortunately it was all downhill. I called the company twice to confirm the details prior to my moving date & they show up without a truck. I was in awe… how the heck would I move without a truck. It was a freaking scramble of back & forth & the crew eventually decided to pick up a uhaul truck. We ended up starting in an hour later than expected & I booked the guys for 3 hours & let me tell you how slow their service was this time… this time I truly felt like they were being intentional with running the clock so they could get more money for going over the 3 hour threshold. The move between locations was 20 mins with a two bedroom apartment. I ended up getting the crew food thinking they were hungry and would help with their energy levels but that didn’t help either. Overall I had a poor experience. We hired movers to alleviate our stress but Wingmen Movers made it worse. Cherry on top was we had to fight our invoices as well. They ended up decreasing the price three times. Won’t recommend to our friends.

In an era where customer service is almost non existent any longer, I can not say enough about the outstanding service I received both times I used Wingmen Moving, LLC ! Travis, Adam, Lynn & Michael arrived on time, worked hard the entire time they were on sight and asked if they could do anything else when the job was complete .
