Originally I was quoted for three hours of moving from this company. I explained that I had two beds to move, two dressers and a sectional couch as well as a ton of stuff. I lived in a two bedroom two bath apartment, so they quoted me 3 hours worth of work. When they got to my apartment I explained we weren’t able to finish packing everything and if they were able to we wanted to kitchen packed. They agreed to this and let me know it would take additional time to do. Awesome. Me and my partner left them to move all our stuff so we could go and get our new place ready. We finished what we needed to do and went to go check on the moving company as it had been 6 hours now. They weren’t done but had made progress so we went back to our new place to wait for them. During the move they broke our trundle bed(which is more on Furniture Row than them because bad quality) & managed to leave behind multiple packed boxes and two whole closets. It was enough stuff left behind that I would need a U-Haul. We moved everything out into the living room and gave the moving company a call. To their credit they apologized and tried to make it right. However, they STILL left multiple things behind. I’m having to take time off work to go and finish packing the kitchen and move my belongings. I would think that $1450 would get me a full move. My advice is for anyone looking to hire this company is to babysit the movers to make sure they do their job. Very disappointed in being out $1450 and still having to miss work in order for this to be properly done. Also I have yet to receive a receipt for this job even though I’ve requested it.

Fantastic experience from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier! You Move Me was able to get me in last minute and they did absolutely everything they said they were going to do. Preston, Archie, and James showed up on the earlier side of their promised window, quickly confirmed what needed to be on the truck, came up with plan and did not stop until it was full. These guys were incredibly respectful, polite, and were very considerate with everything they touched. I would vote these guys again without hesitation, thank you for your hard work and making this our easiest move yet!

James & JD did amazing moving 2 family heirlooms from Little Rock to Bentonville for us. Even though the furniture was delicate, the pieces both arrived unscathed! James & JD were both very pleasant & accommodating & I highly recommend requesting them for your next move!

You Move Me is an AMAZING moving company! Malachi and Preston were fabulous. My mother had SO much "stuff" .....I didn't think it would all fit in the truck, but Malachi made it his personal mission to get it all in there!! They wrapped everything in moving blankets to make sure there was no damage to any of the furniture. AND the bill was LESS than what we were quoted!!! We definitely plan on using them again in October to move my sister!!! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much Malachi and Preston, we hope to see you two in October!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I hired them to move me from a house to an apartment. They quoted me $700. I understand quotes are not 100% accurate, but by the time they finished the job I had to pay $1400. They sent three men. Only one of them worked. He was amazing. One looked like he was impaired and the other was so slow. They told me it would be a 4-5 hour job. It took them 10 hours. I called during the move multiple times to tell them I was concerned that I was paying for three men and only one was working. They did not do anything about this. They did not refund any money or offer credits on a future move. I’ve used movers multiple times. This is the first time a quote was off by double the cost. Plus when I called during the move the management did not have any urgency or concerns about fixing situation. Essentially, I paid for three movers for 10 hours when only one worked and I was quoted three workers for four hours. I understand things happen, but management being unwilling to rectify the situation as it was happening as well as not being concerned their quote was so off is astonishing. For reference, I provided them with a room by room inventory if the home I was moving from and the home I was moving too. Awful experience. Horrible move experience and then awful of management to not do anything to correct it when I was reporting it as it was happening and called when the bill was due. I feel like I was scammed out of over $500. The slower they work, the more hours they get paid and bill. Save yourself the trouble, use someone else.
