As a driver with a 5 year class A experience I can honestly say that Zurich is a great company to work for. Their management is phenomenal, staff is reliable for every thing that occurred on the road or with customers, and any questions or concerns that I had about my employment they would always assist. If you like doing local runs or OTR for ports this is a great company that can help you tailor what your are looking for, they even give you the option to choose from a sleeper or a day cab - manual or automatic, yea it’s like that! Just be honest and straight with them and I know they won’t let you down.

Company showed willingness to violate state and federal laws in order to have things their way. Company will then attempt to strong arm you to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon leaving the company so that can’t talk bad about them. On top of demanding that you delete any information on your phone like text messages that might incriminate them in any safety violations or so that you can’t use against them in further legal battles. Best advise is stay clear from this company it’s unsafe to work there, dispatchers have power trips and they try to operate as a big company when they are really tiny.
